How long does it takes for eye lashes to grow back?

Hi all!! I got eye lash extensions about a month ago. I got really bad eye infection in both eyes so i had to remove them. When i took them off it yanked a lot of my natural ones out. how long does it take for eye lashes to grow? Is there anything i can do to speed up the growth process??
