Help! How do I get my contacts out? Answer ASAP!?

Okay, so after spending 30 minutes trying to get the little flimsy things in my eye (I'm new to this), I can't get them out. I wanted to take them out and practice putting them back in but I don't know how to get these things out of my eye and I can't sleep in them! Now, I'm panicking. Answer ASAP!
